Voice Assistant & AI Privacy
When you use the voice assistant, your spoken or typed requests are sent to Google Gemini using the API key configured by your company administrator. Audio may be transcribed on your device (browser or mobile app) before text is sent to our servers.
- Each organization supplies its own Gemini API key; billing and Google's data terms apply to that account.
- Paid Gemini API usage is not used to train Google's public models on your content, per Google's API terms.
- Conversation history may be stored in our database (
VTAMemory) for continuity within your account.
- Your administrator can disable voice or remove the API key at any time in Company Settings.
